Is this this cake sturdy enough to make an ocean beach jello cake which requires cutting one third of the cake to form the base for the blue jello to fill up the removed section of the cake? It is a request from someone who only likes milk chocolate. I tried a different milk chocolate cake but it has too soft a crumb for this and just saw your recipe for milk chocolate cake.
