Not a fan of marshmallow fluff. Any suggestions on making a peanut butter layer that's not too heavy? I'd make this: 2 cups heavy cream, chilled 1/2 cup fat free half and half 1 scant tablespoon Instant ClearJel 2 tablespoons sugar 1 cup peanut butter Whip the cream and half and half, then sprinkle in the ClearJel mixed with the sugar. Fold in the peanut butter and whip until stiffened. Mmmm, mmm! ~ MaryJane
