Hi Ken! If a dough is very wrinkly after being risen and divided, it can be due to a number of factors including too much flour, resting too long or at too warm of a temperature, or simply not kneading enough. You will want to ensure the dough is nice and smooth when you go to shape it otherwise the finished product will not achieve the desired results.
