Hi, Nicole! If you're one of the folks who is super sensitive to the taste of baking soda (and it's not uncommon, some folks are!), you may have luck with looking for a brand that doesn't contain any aluminum. While I can't confirm firsthand, not being someone who tastes it overmuch, I've heard from others that this has helped them out quite a bit. It's certainly worth a try!
