Love the Philly memory. My grandparents lived in Jenkintown PA and I have memories of Pop-Pop walking me to the local store to get a soft pretzel. Also have memories of crossing the Walt Whitman and stopping to buy a bag of 5 from the guys who sold them from grocery carts on the way to/ from concerts. Now also living in Maine and rely on trips to NJ to satisfy that craving. Making these today on a damp New England Saturday afternoon.
