Hi Cathy! You can definitely freeze the baked and cooled pretzels, well wrapped, for up to three months. When you're ready to eat, let them thaw on the counter and pop them back in the oven for 5 minutes to re-crisp and rewarm. Anywhere around 350°F will be fine. Annabelle@KAF
