Dianna, It may be helpful to spray your parchment paper with vegetable spray and to allow the pretzels to drain a bit after dipping them and before placing them on the parchment. Just place them briefly on a cooling rack or hold them over a plate with a slotted spatula for 15 seconds or so. Barb@KAF
