I am making these now and I had to add a lot of extra flour before the dough wasn't really sticky....why?! I followed the measurements given. What flour are you using, Jamie? the recipe's flour/water balance is written for our King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour. If you're using that - did it weigh 10 1/2 ounces? I think we can figure this out together... PJH
