I was reading the article about yeast and then saw the recipe for the pretzels. What a fun recipe to do. Can't wait to try it out with my four-year-old granddaughter. We'll be graduating from thumbprint cookies to pretzels. I tried the original recipe on Saturday and on Sunday I doubled the recipe, using the same amount of yeast but less salt topping and butter with delicious results. I even tried your cinnamon sugar blend as an alternative topping with great results.
