Can this dough be used to make bialys?? Shape and soak top side down?? Bialys are usually pale, not brown, so I wouldn't use the soak. But sure, give it a try - should work just fine. Or just use our Bialy recipe, which is very similar only using a higher-gluten flour... PJH
