I made this a couple of years ago and it was awesome. I made this the other day and it stayed very runny. I tried adding an additional egg, less runny, but still not curd. I checked the temp in case it wasn't hot enough and it over temp by 5 or 6 degrees. Cooling didn't help it. Not sure where it went it wrong.
