Sounds divine! I wI'll try it on top of my stove in a double boiler since our microwave quit! I thought I would stir some lemon zest into the melted butter, then strain...before continuing recioe. ♡ lemon stuff. Oh, and I will probably use Stevia, since immediately Diabetic.
