Aidan June 26, 2015 at 4:23pm PJ - pipe or spoon a tablespoon or two into a cream puff, then follow with creme patisserie. Dusted with powdered sugar, the lemon is a lovely surprise. I confess, my favorite way to eat lemon curd is straight from the jar, with a spoon. Reply
