I am so glad I came across this recipe. I just made a version of it but used blackberry pulp and a bit of orange juice instead of lemon and it is soooooooooo good! The best part is that it was so easy to make. I wrote all about it in my blog www.lameninasweets.com. Thank you so much for a great recipe! I'm going to make some homemade scones now and tuck into them both while watching Downton Abbey, lol. I should probably make some tea to go with that huh? ; )
