Oh man! This recipe is awesome! As I said I was excited to make it and I just did. So great! I did what I said I would do and I used the trick of keeping a few spoons in the freezer to test the thickness of how it would be when it was cool- and it was perfect (backed up with the handy-dandy thermapen too). Thanks again!
