I made the curd today, and it was a success! It's the only curd that's ever worked for me, and the best part is that I didn't have to baby it over s hot stove. There was no metallic taste - hurrah! Thanks, PJ!! Excellent, Sheena, so glad to hear it! Thanks for reporting back - PJH
