This sounds so good! I've got a Duncan Hines Tiara pan, AKA Mary Ann pan (remember the Tiara dessert mixes from the 1980s?) and I've been wanting to try a cake filled with lemon curd. A question -- could I cook this mixture on the stove, using a glass bowl as the top portion of a double boiler setup? Yes, I realize the microwave would be more convenient! I just sort of like cooking with the stove...call me weird. :-) I love that pan. The curd will be perfect! Yes, you may use a glass bowl. Elisabeth
