Mmmm, I love lemon curd, but it always seemed too much work to make at home. I love it mixed into homemade yogurt. Definitely going to try this. Why stop at lemon--bet this would work with lime, orange, or any citrus fruit? Margy, should work fine with any citrus fruit. How about clementines? YUM... :) PJH
