And a quick question: What exactly is the difference between the Meyer lemons and the regular lemons? What would the result be if I substituted Meyer for regular lemons? Meyer lemons have an edible skin - it's not mouth-puckeringly sour like the skin of standard lemons. I believe their juice tastes about the same; so as this recipe uses only juice, substitute away, Marcin - PJH
