rtmartin4554 January 23, 2012 at 1:55pm What is the shelf life? Don't know - I just made it yesterday. :) I'd assume, like other fresh lemon curds, it's about 3 weeks or so; the large amount of sugar acts as a preservative (think jam), but unlike jam, it has eggs and butter as well... Reply
