Ah! It's definitely a melonpan variation! Actually my name comes from my two favorite sweet breads: MelonPan and Chocolate Cornets! It's definitely easier than my usual recipe. I want to try it. Cool, I'm really hoping you like it. Let me know! ~ MaryJane
