In addition to resembling bo lo bao/pineapple buns, they also resemble conchas, a Mexican sweet bun. Omnomnom! They do indeed, Natalia - and I'll bet they're a similar taste/texture, too. Hope you give 'em a try and let us know what you think - PJH
