Ha, when I saw the first picture I thought 'ooo pineapple bun' and then 'what's a tiger bread?' I've always wondered how the crust on the pineapple bun is made. Now I know plus another neat variation. The idea of a lemon crusted sweet bun with clotted cream sounds just heavenly. I just love the things I learn on this blog!!
