These remind me of one of my favorite Japanese treats! Melon Pan! Thank you! I will be making them soon (first I need to get some lemons)! Thank you KAF! I've never heard of Melon Pan, Nancy. I'll definitely have to look it up, it sounds interesting. Thanks for sharing! ~ MaryJane
