Okay, I need to get out more. A doughnut pan??? Looks like I need to make another trip up north. I'm really touchy feely about my purchases. I'll put this on the back burner and hope I don't forget it. Of course I did read the words fried dough in the article. I think I have a cast iron skillet that is just waiting to satisfy the need. Fried dough and a cold winter morning go together like - well, like pancakes and syrup! I say go for it - PJH
