Would these freeze well? Would like to make them in advance for a family get together. Meesh, no baked goods really freeze well, except perhaps cookies. You can do it - but they'll suffer. I'd suggest freezing; then thawing overnight in the fridge; then reheating breifly ( 5 minutes or so?) in a 350°F oven, tented loosely with foil. That would be about the best you could do - good luck. PJH
