I just made 5 dozen (doubled the recipe) of these cookies. I forgot to roll them in the sugar before baking, but even so, they are delicious. I hope they will do well frozen, as I like to keep home baked cookies in the freezer to share and to enjoy when the mood strikes but the ambition to do anything about it, like baking, doesn't. Thank you for this great recipe. I'm sure these will freeze well - enjoy! PJH
