Ok, so how about that Pamela's pancake recipe? :) That video cracked me up! I've spent many a morning trying to duplicate those fondly remembered crispy edges. :) If ANYONE has the Pamela's Pancake recipe, I wish they'd share it - it's pretty much impossible to find... they have to have LOTS of butter and eggs, and pretty sure of that. Maybe I need to take a field trip to Pittsburgh... :) PJH
