Hi PJ, this recipe looks great. I have my own request from your Test Kitchen: Please try to duplicate the raspberry cheesecake cookies that Subway sells. I personally have not tried them, but my youngest son and his girlfriend (who works there) says they are "awesome." They can't stop raving about them.
