Hi Diane, this isn't something we've tried, but I don't see why not. Because this particular dough isn't going to brown up as much as some other doughs, you might want to consider our Soft Sourdough Rolls recipe as well. It should also be adaptable to different shapes, although baking time for the individual rolls is likely to be a bit shorter than for the rolls that are baked together in a pan.
