Hi there, Jen! We'd recommend following the recipe up through the baking process, baking the rolls so they're set but haven't browned much. Once the rolls have cooled fully, you can wrap them well and freeze them. When you plan to serve them, let the rolls defrost at room temperature and reheat them in a 350°F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Happy baking!
