You can use bread flour in place of it in bread recipes but will need to make adjustments by adding a little extra liquid due to its higher protein content per our blog article How to Substitute Bread Flour for All-Purpose Flour. Adding 1 to 2 teaspoons of extra water for every cup of flour should help you achieve larger air holes and a chewier texture if you want to continue using bread flour in recipes that are calling for all-purpose.
