This is my 5th time making these beautiful buttery rolls. By far these are the BEST I have ever made with sour dough starter. It's just melts in your mouth, dangerously moorish, so be very careful. Instead of just brushing with butter, ( I didn't use paprika) I tossed a couple spoons of organic honey with the soft butter and brushed it on the top, comes out beautifully perfect light brown and shinny like a bakers bun. Wish I could share a photo with you all. By the way, it tastes heavenly.
