Thank you PJ!!!! This is the first time I bake using yeast, a long time goal but quite frankly I was afraid of working with a living organism as yeast. I followed your recommendations and they came out sooooo gooooood, fluffy and yummy. My husband loved them! You are right about the orange juice not influencing flavor. I did not have any potatoe flour so I substituted it for all purpose flour. They really came out great! Thank you :-)
