My husband made these honey wheat rolls according to the directions, except did not have potatoe flakes so used potatoe flour instead. They rose beautifully, but when he baked them they flattened out. What would have caused this? Thank you for your help. Geri Geri, he may have let them rise a bit too much; the general rule for yeast rolls is, let them rise about 3/4 of the way to what you think they should look like when baked; they'll rise the last bit in the oven. If they rise too high before baking, they flatten as they bake. Hope you enjoyed them anyway... PJH
