Can these the made ahead and frozen? I so, what's the best method? You can definitely freeze these. To freeze the dough, make the dough as directed adding 1/2 teaspoon more yeast. Allow it to go through the first rise, then punch it down. Form into rolls. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze. Once frozen, transfer the rolls to a zip top bag. When you're ready to bake, take out the amount of rolls you need. Allow them to defrost and go through the second rise. Bake as directed. To freeze the already baked rolls, allow them to cool completely, then wrap in plastic wrap, then foil. Freeze up to 3 months. Happy Baking! ~Mel
