I love what you said about your Mom's bread - it made me laugh. My Mom had a huge crank style bread maker that she pulled out every Saturday without fail. She would make about twenty loaves each week, selling a few to supplement her income. Our birthday wish always included a loaf of Sunbeam bread! Anything store-bought was a treat to us! Of course now, I make bread whenever I can. My six year old grandson loves to help me.
