I’m guessing this recipe would make a dozen cupcakes? I’d probably use a basic buttercream for the frosting though....I did make this cake a few weeks ago, and it was great when it was fresh. But I left it out on the counter for my pet sitter to eat as I was going away for the weekend. She must not have seen it. It was inedible when I returned. I did,however have some happy chickens that evening! 🐓
