I made this cake into cupcakes yesterday. They were perfectly moist and delicious, but they fell when I took them out of the oven, and the edges were a little brown. Should I try decreasing my oven temp to 350? Before adjusting temperature, try adjusting oven placement. Move the rack 1 slide lower, this may solve the over browning. Frank @ KAF.
