Can you use cake flour for this recipe? Would it make it moister and lighter? How much cake flour would you use? Cathy, I haven't tried it, so no guarantees; but it should be fine. If you want to give it a go, use 2 tablespoons additional cake flour (compared to AP flour). let us know how it works out, OK? PJH
