Have you ever tried using this batter for cupcakes? If so, any suggestions? Also, do you think it would matter if greek yogurt was used? Thank you! Jamie, I haven't, but it's on my list to try. Only suggestion would be baking a shorter amount of time. And I think Greek yogurt would be fine. Enjoy - PJH
