Somehow I must have goofed here as I posted this question earlier today but don't find it here. Age isn't always a good thing, one supposes. A two inch deep cake pan? I have a springform pan that size, but thin batters tend to leak out. Should I try it? Thanks. Oldone Well, this isn't a particularly thin batter - it should be OK. Maybe you should wrap your springform in aluminum foil, to contain any leaks? PJH
