Since your new vanilla is more concentrated than what I've been using, do I have to adjust the amounts I use, if I bake with a different brand? Trish, just use 1:1; if you find yourself thinking the vanilla taste is too strong, then cut back a bit. But I love vanilla, so I'd be inclined to just use whatever amount is called for in the recipe. Cheers! PJH
