Baking Soda

You made me smile! Being Dutch and baking American as well as European recipes I know there's a difference between "our" moist and "yours" but I have to admit there's always that tiny hesitation when I cut a cake; is this what it's supposed to be or did I underbake? LOL Glad you adressed the issue! Just have to add we don't like sawdust cakes either, in my family they're called: cough-cakes ;-) Like that - cough cakes. "Harrumph!" :) PJH
