I made the bark last night (semi sweet choc and white choc with peppermint pieces) but when I went to break it apart the two chocolates separated--any trick as to why. c.durante@comcast.net If the chocolate sets up too firmly before you add the second layer, it will not adhere well. You want the first layer to be slightly tacky when the second one is added. ~Amy
