Hi there, Diane! We don't currently have a gluten-free crescent roll recipe, without the aid of gluten it can be tricky to make free-form gluten-free loaves and rolls. You might like to try using the dough from our Gluten-Free Cinnamon Star Bread or our Gluten-Free Blueberry Hand Pies to make some flakey, crescent-shaped rolls.
