Ok - these sound terrific.. BUT - I'm in a far off place which doesnt offer much choice in cheeses.. So, I dont have sour cream, or ricotta cheese and havent seen cream cheese either. I do have yoghurt and thick cream though. Would either of these go with this recipe? Thanks! Ruhina, try the thick cream, using enough to make a dough that's the consistency pictured; that would be your best bet. Good luck - PJH
