I made this today and it was out of this world. I halved the recipe (I have so much homemade frozen bread in the freezer) and there was no problem. Used my Kitchen-Aid stand mixer for 7 minutes and got a soft, pillowy dough with a greqat rise. Sprinkled sesame, poppy and fennel seeds and then a touch of kosher salt. They were as delicious as our favorite bakery bought baguettes! Thank you.
