Can you please tell me the type of salt and sugar you used? I usually use fine sea salt and baker's sugar and am worried that an incorrect conversion to metric might throw off the recipe.
Also, this recipe does not have the gram conversions for the last four ingredients on your site. Can you please give them to me--especially the salt?
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons instant yeast, depending on the vigor of your fed starter*
4 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
