I have already started the procedure and I was wondering… by Katerina (not verified) You can indeed freeze the dough, Katerina; best to use it within 4 weeks max, though, and the shorter amount of time it's frozen, the better. Freeze the dough once it's had its initial rise in the bowl, before you divide it. Good luck - PJH Reply
